Shibarium just reached another milestone

-

Shiba Inu’s layer-2 solution is hitting 600 million transaction volume record and a total value locked of $6 million. Now everyone asks what this means for the future of SHIB.

Impressive Shibarium milestones

Shibarium has crossed some major milestones, because just last week, it surpassed the 500 million transaction level, and now it’s officially over 600 million.

Plus, the number of addresses on the platform also jumped past 2 million, with daily active addresses peaking at over 12,000 on December 8.

The total value locked, the TVL for Shibarium has skyrocketed to over $6 million, a record high for the ecosystem, and this surge shows that users are gaining confidence in Shibarium as a viable solution within the Shiba Inu network.

The increase in TVL aligns pretty nicely with the uptick in transactions, showing that more and more people are finding ways to utilize the platform.

SHIB’s price action

As Shibarium gains traction, SHIB’s price has also seen some action. From a low of $0.000017 in mid-June, SHIB climbed to over $0.000027 by early December, reflecting growing investor optimism and development within the ecosystem.

The price pullbacks now show that the market is currently consolidating, but with Shibarium hitting new milestones, the big question is whether SHIB can keep its upside momentum?

What does the SHIB chart says?

Looking at the charts, despite some dips, SHIB remains in a solid uptrend. The 50-day moving average is acting as support around $0.00002357, which could be a bounce point if bullish momentum kicks back in.

The RSI is sitting at 50, signaling quiet, neutral momentum but leaving room for potential growth if buying interest picks up again.

On the trading front, volume has dipped, suggesting traders are waiting for a clear breakout above key resistance at $0.000030.
