Binance will launch its own Telegram minigame, Moonbix

-

Binance officially confirmed that it will soon launch Moonbix, a new play-to-earn game available on Telegram’s Mini App.

They made the announcement in the past days, after rumors circulated about the space-themed game, where players will pilot a spaceship with a claw-like tool to collect items like yellow stones and gifts scattered throughout galaxies.

What about Moonbix?

The customer support team at Binance mentioned that they are still working on finalizing the game to provide a smooth user experience before the launch.

While some users on X have shared screenshots suggesting that Moonbix may resemble traditional gold mining games, Binance hasn’t officially confirmed these specifics.

So right now there has been no formal announcement yet, but early access links for Moonbix have already appeared online.

The support team acknowledged that details about the game were leaked before the intended release date.

They also apologized for any inconvenience caused and stated they are addressing issues for users affected by the leak.

„We’re aware that our upcoming TG mini-app game, Moonbix, was leaked ahead of the planned launch date. While we’re thrilled by the community’s response, we’re still fine-tuning the product to ensure the best user experience at the official launch.”

When can we play Moonbix?

Binance plans to officially release Moonbix soon (maybe the most annoying deadline…), and users are encouraged to be cautious of impersonation accounts.

They should only interact with the official Telegram bot and channels provided by Binance.

At the time of writing, Binance had also released a set of Terms and Conditions specifically for the Moonbix game on its Telegram Mini App.

Binance in gaming, a new sector to conquer

The launch of Moonbix could have quite serious implications for Binance as it expands its offerings in the gaming sector, and this is a new field for them.

If successful, this game could attract way more users to the platform and boost engagement within the existing Binance community.

As more companies explore play-to-earn models, Binance’s entry into this space may also influence trends in both gaming and crypto markets, which means we may see other exchanges too to develop own games.
